PRODUCT LICENSE: By purchasing this VIP INNER CIRCLE Promotional Membership from MIDLIFE FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS, you are granted accesss to use the trainings inside the members area as an active member.

LIMITATIONS: You are not permitted to download any training material/resources or copy any of the documents included in the members area as some of the material is trademarked and you will be in breach of the agreement.

MRR & PLR PRODUCTS: Digital products are provided in the members area for your use. These come with specific license agreements. Please read the agreements thoroughly before use to ensure that you do not breach the terms of the license agreement for each MRR/PLR digital product.

WARRANTIES: This product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the product, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property rights in this product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and trade secrets, are the sole property of the seller.

TERMINATION: The seller agrees to terminate your membership with at least 1 weeks notice. If you still have remaining days in your current monthly billing cycle, you will continue to have access to the members area until this expires.

REFUNDS: All sales of this product are final. Refunds will not be granted for any reason.

LIABILITY: The seller shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's jurisdiction.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement. By purchasing or using this membership from MIDLIFE FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not purchase or use this product.
